Our Story is Simple
While driving with my family in the mountains of Pennsylvania (USA), our phone's GPS stopped working due to a loss of signal. We were several hours off our course, (we were lost in the mountains). A winter storm had blown in and all roads were white with snow and slippery. My truck nearly slid off the side of the road while in four whee
While driving with my family in the mountains of Pennsylvania (USA), our phone's GPS stopped working due to a loss of signal. We were several hours off our course, (we were lost in the mountains). A winter storm had blown in and all roads were white with snow and slippery. My truck nearly slid off the side of the road while in four wheel drive.
The good news was that nothing bad happened, but what if it did? We had nothing but the clothes on our back!
I vowed to never place my family in that kind of situation again!
So we started keeping our vehicles stocked with bulky emergency supplies at all times. We even had a 72hr "Bug Out Bag" ready at home.
What I realized, was that most emergencies occur away from home, and the thought of carrying around a bag of needed supplies that weighed approximately 25lbs. or more was out of the question.
That's when the "Epod" System was created!
